Please read the following terms and conditions prior to placing your order online. By placing an order on our website you are accepting these terms and conditions.


Delivery

Order by 10AM to receive same- day delivery. We operate Tuesday - Saturday excluding public holidays.

All orders are delivered between 10am - 5pm. If you have a specific time request, please contact us prior to placing your order.

If the recipient is not home, The Wild Stem will leave the flowers in a location we deem safe, sheltered and secure. We will place a note in the letterbox advising the recipient. If The Wild Stem deems it unsafe or insecure to leave the delivery, The Wild Stem will contact the sender in first instance to advise. A re-delivery fee will be incurred should The Wild Stem be unable to make the delivery.


Suburbs

View our delivery suburbs here. If your suburb is not listed please contact us to arrange a custom order. We deliver to City of Fremantle suburbs free of charge. For all other suburbs we deliver to is a flat rate $10.00 fee.

If you have not met the order deadline for the day, or you have a specific request, please email hello@thewildstem.com.au to enquire about availability.


Flower Care

The Wild Stem recommends trimming the stems and changing the water of your flowers every day. Ensure that your flowers are not placed in direct sunlight, draught and heat and away from the fruit bowl. 


Refund Policy

The Wild Stem does not issue refunds for a change of mind within 48 hours of your delivery date. If you have pre-ordered in advance and you wish to cancel your order, please contact us 48 hours prior to your delivery date and we can arrange a refund or change the delivery date, because we understand that circumstances can change.

The Wild Stem makes every endeavour to ensure only the freshest, highest quality flowers leave our studio. If in the unfortunate and unlikely circumstance the customer is dissatisfied with the product delivered, the customer has 24 hours to contact The Wild Stem to express so. We assess refunds and/or replacement flowers on a case by case basis.
